In 2022 Suzanne and Sinclair retired from successful careers abroad and embarked on the next step of their life adventure back in their home country, Scotland. Their main goal for this next chapter was to remain busy and connected to life in the quieter Scottish countryside. What do you do with all your  newfound free time once you have retired? The answer was to run a business as a family that welcomes guests from Scotland and all over the world. 

Whitemoss Lodge is a family run business. Owned by Suzanne and Sinclair since 2022, they strive to deliver a personalised and seamless experience, and relaxing getaway for their guests. 

The Eco Pods, installed in 2016, were the first of their kind in Scotland and built onsite. Prior to the pods, the main house and surrounding land was Whitemoss Golf Club which opened in 1994. 

Suzanne and Sinclair are committed to enhancing the Eco Pods for the environment and for their guest’s experience. They have added solar panels and infra heating and reimagined the pods by adding terraces, added a garden jacuzzi and extended the BBQ hut to offer a bar and party space. They have more to add over the coming years and look forward to welcoming you to experience Whitemoss Lodge.
